My Father’s Photo Album
I recently moved and rediscovered my father’s photo album from the early 1950’s. It contained various pictures from the first 3 decades of his life, but one constant was the importance that Cook Forest had for him and his parents. They lived on Cemetery Road at a time when electricity wasn’t available and the roads were sometimes impassable. I heard so many interesting stories as a child but regrettably many have gone from my memory. I hope you enjoy seeing a sampling of the wonderful photos that have survived these many years.
