“I visit Cook Forest yearly and stay at MacBeth’s Cabins. My husband’s family has been coming there for well over 50 years.

I have a picture of a bald eagle taken across the River from in front of my cabin. I myself have never seen a bald eagle before so it was very thrilling to see it and get a picture.

Also, my son had just been sworn into the army and I thought it was really neat that I saw this eagle at this particular time.

The picture is very special to me and I thought others might enjoy it as well.”
