The beds were highly uncomfortable and dirty, The owner must not do any sort of maintenance because there was holes in the walls, There was what I think was Mouse poop on one of the beds and tons of dead bugs all over the place. The pictures online are deceiving and are not what they look like today, Also, they do not put any sheets on the bed. There’s only a blanket and bear mattress. Somehow, too bad got insider cabin while we were trying to sleep and started flying around the room We stayed in cabin 2 Also the stove was broken when we got there

We stayed in cabin 4 and had to pay $50 extra upon requesting to have the air conditioning turned on. then it was set for 74 degrees with a locked cover over the thermostat. Set at 74 degrees barely helped at all cooling the cabin. I keep my house at 66 degrees. The beds were horribly uncomfortable – all of them. the pillows were extremely flat, thin, and hard and about as uncomfortable as using a folded up pair of jeans as a pillow. We were all sore both mornings from the horrible beds and none of us slept well. The furniture was from the 1970’s and ripped up. The ice maker was shutoff, plastic bowls were broken and cracked.

We reserved our cabin from 7/13/23-7/24/2023, a full week. There is nothing on their website stating any difference. We checked in and told the employee that we will see him when we leave on Monday. We went to the cabin and it was just run down, couches and chairs from the 70s. The beds were rock hard, the floor was more comfortable. There were several soft spots in the floor that really need replaced. The toilet had a leak and got plugged up several times. The kitchen had barely any issuable items. The fridge and range were on their last life. The cabin across from us had really loud dogs that got loose several times, and chased our children. The cabin near us checked out Sunday at 11, the employee did a walk thru and saw we were not packed or had no intentions of leaving. We go to the river and come back, eat dinner. I was washing dishes at 8pm when I saw the employee coming. He told us that we had to leave immediately and that it says that all cabins have to be empty on Sundays at 11. I said to him that is not a full week, he then said again that it states it on the website, but it isn’t. Had to hurry pack for our family of 8. I cleaned and we left. We will not be back.
