COOK FOREST, Pa. — Looking for a meaningful way to recharge and reconnect with nature? Join Friends of Cook Forest for a special installment of their Women’s Hike Series on Sunday, August 3.
This evening hike offers women ages 14 and up a chance to nurture both mental and physical wellness while enjoying the peaceful beauty of Cook Forest.
This moderate-level hike will last approximately two hours, guiding participants through scenic forest trails in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re seeking solitude, connection, or simply a breath of fresh air, this event is designed to uplift and inspire.
Please meet at the Log Cabin Inn Environmental Learning Classroom at Cook Forest State Park. From there, the group will set out together for the evening hike.
