COOK FOREST, Pa. — Reconnect with nature, rejuvenate your spirit, and find strength in sisterhood at the next Friends of Cook Forest: Women’s Hike Series, happening Sunday, July 6 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cook Forest State Park.
This special two-hour, moderate-level hike is designed to nurture both mental and physical well-being. Open to women ages 14 and up, the event offers a chance to unplug, stretch your legs, and share meaningful moments with others amid the natural beauty of one of Pennsylvania’s most treasured woodlands.
Participants are asked to meet at the River Pavilion on River Road before the hike begins. Whether you’re seeking renewal, adventure, or simply a peaceful evening under the forest canopy, this hike invites you to step outside and ground yourself in the rhythms of the wild.
