“I live in Pittsburgh and am a lifetime member of the “I love Cook Forest” self-made club. I have been coming up to the woods since I was a child.
Some of my favorite places at Cooks Forest are along the River, at the look-outs, even watching kids fish at the Children’s Fishing Pond. The woods are so full of beautiful, peaceful, inspiring scenes that it would take a lifetime to capture them all on film. My soul /spirit is so very refreshed every time I have to head home to the ‘Burgh.
I don’t get to visit as often as I would like. That’s why I love your newsletter, it keeps me in touch with the beautiful forest. Thanks for the wonderful website that keeps me “in touch” with all the places so dear to my heart.”
