Directions

 Greenwood Cabins are located in northwestern Pennsylvania on the edge of Cook Forest State Park and just minutes south or west of Allegheny National Forest and 3 separate State Game Lands.

Routes 66 and 36 are the key. Locate one of these on a map and know where you are and you are on your way.

From the west, Exit 60 off I-80 to RT 66 North, stay on 66 for 20 miles through Leeper (blinking yellow light) and on to Vowinckel (Vowinckel Hotel on the right). Turn right just past the "Vowinckel Hotel" and go 2 1/2 miles until you see a Cook Forest sign turn left on Greenwood Road. 1.8 miles later you will be in front of the Greenwood United Methodist Church (services at 8:45 am Sundays - all welcome), turn left down a dirt lane, look for signs, you are there.

From the east, Exit 78 off I-80 to RT 36 north, stay on 36 north for 16 miles until you cross a bridge over the Clarion River. 1/10 of a mile past past the bridge, bear right into Cook Forest State Park. Stay on this road for 2 1/2 miles until you come to Greenwood Road, turn right. 1.8 miles later you will be in front of the Greenwood United Methodist Church (services at 8:45 am Sundays - all welcome), turn left down a dirt lane, look for signs, you are there.

From the north, traveling south - Locate Rt 66 in the middle of the Allegheny National Forest, south out of Kane. Travel to Vowinckel and turn left, and go 2 1/2 miles until you see a Cook Forest sign turn left on Greenwood Road. 1.8 miles later you will be in front of the Greenwood United Methodist Church (services at 8:45 am Sundays - all welcome), turn left down a dirt lane, look for signs, you are there.

From Erie - 19 south to 97 East to (Union City), 8 south to Titusville, 36 east to Leeper, 66 north to Vowinckel. Turn right just past the "Vowinckel Hotel" and go 2 1/2 miles until you see a Cook Forest sign turn left on Greenwood Road. 1.8 miles later you will be in front of the Greenwood United Methodist Church (services at 8:45 am Sundays - all welcome), turn left down a dirt lane, look for signs, you are there.
