We reserved our cabin from 7/13/23-7/24/2023, a full week. There is nothing on their website stating any difference. We checked in and told the employee that we will see him when we leave on Monday. We went to the cabin and it was just run down, couches and chairs from the 70s. The beds were rock hard, the floor was more comfortable. There were several soft spots in the floor that really need replaced. The toilet had a leak and got plugged up several times. The kitchen had barely any issuable items. The fridge and range were on their last life. The cabin across from us had really loud dogs that got loose several times, and chased our children. The cabin near us checked out Sunday at 11, the employee did a walk thru and saw we were not packed or had no intentions of leaving. We go to the river and come back, eat dinner. I was washing dishes at 8pm when I saw the employee coming. He told us that we had to leave immediately and that it says that all cabins have to be empty on Sundays at 11. I said to him that is not a full week, he then said again that it states it on the website, but it isn’t. Had to hurry pack for our family of 8. I cleaned and we left. We will not be back.
